RESERVATIONS

This will be our third year to participate restaurant week. We will offer a four course prix fixe dinner available after 5:00 pm for $35 per guest. We will be donating $7 from every meal to the North Texas Food Bank charity.

APPETIZER COURSE
Choose one (choose 3 for $8)
Salad caprese, pickled red onion, smoked bacon, toasted pine nuts, aged balsamic vinaigrette

Grecian meatball tower, lemon garlic sauce, toasted pita

Oyster and shrimp Pontchartrain au gratin with buttered crostini

Shrimp brioche toast with wasabi avocado puree

SECOND COURSE
Chefs choice soup du jour

THIRD COURSE
Choose one
Grilled beef flank tagliata, served medium rare, with arugula, shaved pecorino, balsamic reduction, creamy polenta and grape tomato jam

Parmesan crusted pork medallions with ricotta gnocchi and caramelized butter sage sauce, butternut squash mash

Salmon praline topped with toasted pecans served with creole mustard sauce, sweet corn maque choux and grilled asparagus

FOURTH COURSE

French vanilla oatmeal pie, whipped topping and butterscotch sauce

Limoncello cake brulee

Study of chocolate: white chocolate popcorn, milk chocolate pot de cream, dark chocolate truffle
